I host educational events in and around Cape Town, South Africa, where we explore the nature of herbs and reconnect with them mindfully and respectfully – a sensory herbal journey if you will. In this way, we’re able to notice the subtle yet powerful communication that plants provide – their “medicine” – and a dissolution of the illusory separation between us and nature is achieved.
